TEAMDESK · FOR EMPLOYERS
Employee and personnel records
Keep current employee information in a shared database. TeamDesk helps HR maintain employee profiles, connect people to the company structure and use these records in daily HR processes.
How it works
Staff card instead of fragmented lists
Store personal and work information, contacts, educational background and experience in an employee card. Check data as it is added and update it when it changes. This way, HR stakeholders can refer to the same record instead of different versions of the table.
Link to staff structure
Specify the department and position of the employee in the company structure. Consistent references help avoid different titles for the same position and simplify the work with lists.
Preparation and verification of baseline data
When starting a company, you can prepare data from files or text with AI. The result is sent for verification: clarify incomplete information and compare values before creating an employee. AI work requires a connected service; the responsibility for confirmed data remains with HR.
Example workflow
Adding a new staff member
HR checks the profile, selects the department and position, fills out the card and saves the employee. If the source materials contain different versions of contact or date, the specialist specifies the correct value before saving.
Where to start
Check the staff list
Delete obsolete entries and clarify required information. Assign ownership of the current version of the list.
Prepare the structure
Create units and positions to select agreed values when adding employees.
Check the first cards
Add a small group, verify the details and permissions, then continue to fill in the database.
Questions and answers
Can existing tables be used?
Yes, files and text can be used as a source for data preparation. The analysis results should be checked and completed before saving. Ambiguous information should not be accepted without clarification.
Who can work with the HR database?
Access is based on the user's role, permissions, and organizational context. Determine who creates and edits employees, and who only needs information for their work.
Do I have to fill in all HR sections at once?
Start with the structure and employee cards. Documents, selection and time recording can be set up sequentially using a common personnel framework.
