Publish your company’s vacancy in the TeamDesk catalog and receive applications through its public page. Free job posting on TeamDesk connects the advert to your recruitment work.

How it works
What the applicant will see
Add clear responsibilities, requirements and conditions. If you are indicating a salary, fill in the currency, period and base of amount: before or after taxes. For posting, select the country, and for office or hybrid work, the city.
Company manages the publication
Create an open job and open the “On Site” action. The authorized user allows the company’s vacancies to be displayed, then HR separately activates the publication of the required ad. Before saving, use the preview to check the text, conditions and salary from the candidate’s perspective.
Responses in the system, announcement under control
The applicant sends the form without registration, and HR receives the job related response in the system. You can specify the last day of display or remove the publication manually. Closing the vacancy or deactivating public vacancies of the company also stops showing the ad and receiving responses.
Example workflow
Place the first open position
HR creates a job, fills in the public description, country and format of the job. After authorizing the publication for the company, checks the preview, enables display and saves the ad. Then opens the public page and can share its link with applicants.
Where to start
Register a company
Create an employer space and prepare a vacancy with the status “Open”.
Prepare the announcement
Open On Site, fill in the public fields and check them in the preview.
Enable publication
Check the company permission, turn on "Publish on site" and save. New responses will appear in the system.

On your own job board TeamDesk. Placement on hh.ru and other external services depends on their terms and connections and is not part of this publication.
Why has my saved job not appeared on the website?
Make sure that the job is open, the company has permission to show it publicly, the ad includes a publication and the ad has not expired.
Does the publication guarantee feedback?
No, the number of responses depends on the position, conditions and interest of candidates. Describe the job and requirements in detail, keep the ad up to date and share a link to it.
