AI supports specific workflows. The assistant in the platform guide answers questions about navigation and forms. Requests include the selected language and user role: employees, HR and managers may need different instructions.
AI-assisted review appears alongside the work report. Users can inspect criterion explanations, contradictions, unknowns and confidence. This helps identify information that needs checking or clarification.
Recommended scores, final scores and AI confidence are displayed separately. Confidence is not a measure of employee performance. AI output is material for human review and should not automatically determine employment decisions.
