## How it works

### The vacancy as the basis of selection

Agree on the role title, duties, requirements and conditions of work. Create a vacancy and define the participants in the selection process TeamDesk, prepare a public announcement and include a publication – an internal vacancy alone is not enough for this.

### Feedback comes into the HR workflow

The system creates a candidate and a job-related response, which HR processes in the existing response section. Contacts, a link to the resume and accompanying text help start the review.

### Next step for each candidate

Conduct the selection, interview and offer phases in the selection sections. Agree with the hiring manager on the criteria and feedback procedure hh.ru — a separate channel for which a connection is required TeamDesk does not include automatic placement on external sites.

## From response to interview

The recruiter finds a response, studies the information and contacts the candidate. After the initial conversation, the team organizes an interview and records the next step. When the search is completed, HR closes the vacancy or removes the publication.

## Where to start

1. **Recognize role profile** — Describe the responsibilities, required skills and conditions. Agree on who makes the decisions at each stage.
2. **Configure the responses** — Create a vacancy and if necessary publish an ad on TeamDesk.
3. **Parse incoming requests** — Check for new responses, communicate with candidates and keep selection stages up to date.

## Questions and answers

### Where will HR see the feedback from the website?

In the existing feedback section of the system. The application is related to the vacancy and its company, and the source points to the career site.

### Does the candidate need an account TeamDesk?

The applicant provides his/her name, surname and email address, adds a telephone number, a link to the resume and a covering text if desired, and then confirms his/her consent to the data processing.

### Will internal HR notes become public?

The website displays the fields of the prepared advertisement. Internal notes of the vacancy are not passed on to the visitor. Before publishing, check the content of the advertisement in the preview.
